Cushing is 45 minutes West of Tulsa, 1 hour East of OKC

Starting Times: Building opens at 9:00 a.m.—Play begins at 9:30 a.m.

Entry: $20 first event, $10 second event (second event must be doubles), and a USRA Membership is required. Doubles will not begin until the singles’ divisions are finished.

Format: 2 games to 11 with a tiebreaker to 7

Hospitality: Fruit and Gatorade provided—PLUS DOOR PRIZES FOR EVERYONE

    Divisions:        ˜ Open       ð A          ð B           ð C           ð D/Novice

                           (Divisions may be combined depending of number of entrants)

which may be suffered by me in conjunction with my participation in this event.
